Mamata – CM of Common People !!

Feb 21, 12 Mamata – CM of Common People !!

I can’t keep calm and quiet. We are now observing our honorable Chief Minister in a different appearance; but why? Why she didn’t support that 37 year old lady being a woman? In the AMRI incident, we have found how Mamata Banerjee controlled the total incident by standing at the centre of the common people and proved herself to be the “CM of common people” (“Sobar Mukhyomantri”).

But in this case when she had come to know that the statement she had given was completely wrong and the information she had got, was incorrect, then why she didn’t support that raped lady and confess in front of press for what she had said earlier (Sajano Golpo). If she would have done this, then the situation could be different and all gossip would come to an end. But she didn’t do it. This behavior did not reflect Mamata Banerjee as the “CM of common people”.

In the poison liquor massacre Mamata had announced compensation  (according to WB govt. it was ex gratia) to the families of all the people who died in this incident. If that was so, then why she didn’t become the Chief Minister of the raped lady?

If there is any effect of Mamata’s statement on the investigation department regarding this case, then those accused would have already started finding their next target around the roads of Kolkata.

I would like to thank the intellectuals (Sushil Samaj’) personally. They have also protested this incident like they fought against the Rizwanur’s case earlier. But still the Kolkatans have not seen the candle light rally in our city regarding this rape case, where the statement of that lady has become true.

Like the Rizwanur’s case I also expected from the human rights organizations that they would say (via press release or protest) No one in the world has the right to rape a girl or a lady, whether she could be an escort or not, whether she could go to the night club or not, where it is not banned in Kolkata. But they are silent at that moment. Our transport minister wanted to ignore this case by pointing out the lady as Bad characterized lady. He said “Oi Mahila onekdin aagei swami bichhinno; okhane (nightclub) ki korchhilo” [The lady is separated from her husband for long period, What was she doing there so late at night?  ]

Now let’s concentrate about our police commissioner RK Pachnanda.

He also followed his previous CP’s views; why?

We hope, as a police commissioner he will make our city crime less and beautiful. But he and his respected Chief Minister both didn’t rectify the police attitude but pointed out that lady as a liar.

Police did not register FIR regarding this case at first and used abusive languages to the lady. Although they have been forced to do it later, still they have put the medical test in dilemma.

Our honorable CM, the people of our state have brought you in power with so many hopes in their minds. You used to fight against the Party Raj (Dala-Tantra) and made a demand to shift the previous CP in the Rizwanur’s case. But why you are quiet now?

If there is any mistake, then you should confess. That will regain more trust among the common people. If that is so, then you won’t lose anything rather you’ll get an ethical win.
