After three days of big drama, the kingfishers are ready to take off their flights. For some major financial problems the kingfisher’s Airlines, forcefully stopped their flights. In 19th February, the king’s Airline suspended some of his own flight from Mumbai (16 flights), Delhi ( 4 flights) & Kolkata ( 7 flights). Without any previous statement, the flights  had been cancelled. As a result the people were being harassed.

Consecutively the flights had been cancelled. The passengers wanted  their money back. All these happened , but the government has not yet taken any step against this. On Monday almost 20 flights had been cancelled.   About 80 flights from six metro cities did not operate on Sunday leaving hundreds of passengers stranded. On Tuesday the passengers, who were waiting or who had purchased their tickets on line,  visited the airport to take their money back , but  the authority said – they  were sorry, they could not give 100% money return to the  passengers.

The DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) chief Mr. Bharat Bhushan said that they received many cancellations throughout these days. Kingfisher cancelled their   flights without asking the government.  They have to ask the government, before taking any decision considering the business matter.

The king Air line, has been  facing some financial problems  in the past few  months. They  want to take loan from the bank, but it is up to the banker, a Minister said.

Mr.  Agarwal,the Kingfisher CEO said that they had a fruitful  meeting. Some more informations  has been sought by DGCA which will be provided in the next 24 hours. The DGCA, also said that, in evening he would submit some papers,  and by the evening the problem can be solved.

Only one international kingfisher flight took off from Kolkata Airport at about 1 and half hour late on Tuesday. One more international flight and two domestic flights of Kingfisher has been scheduled to depart from kolkata Airport on Wednesday.
