A well-known name in the Kia Super League, the talented Fran Wilson was a vital member of Western Storm's batting unit and won them two titles. The batswoman made her ODI and T20I debuts in November 2010 during England's tour of Sri Lanka. Despite failing to represent England between 2010 and 2016, Wilson's comeback to T20I cricket saw her post a match-winning 43* against Pakistan. Wilson also struck an important 81 in England's opening game against India during the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup, later posting handy scores en route her side's title win.

Wilson was a member of the winning women’s team at the 2017 Women’s Cricket World Cup.
